The Zaremba Management Company (ZMC) was formed in 1987 by Timothy Zaremba primarily to manage real estate properties owned or partially owned by the Zaremba Family in Cleveland, Ohio. Today ZMC manages nearly 4,000 apartment units, 250,000 s.f. of office space, and 60,000 s.f. of mini storage and continues to grow with the addition of fee managed communities.
Timothy Zaremba is the president of ZMC. Tim joined the family business in the 1970’s started by his grandfather in the early 1920’s. Tim has been involved in the construction, development and management of millions of dollars worth of residential housing, office projects, apartment complexes and retail projects throughout his career.
John Kasmarcak is the Chief Financial Officer of ZMC. John has been with the Zaremba family since 1977 after working as a CPA for the accounting firm, Deloitte and Touche. John’s responsibilities include not only all the accounting and cash management for the properties, but also the Asset Management of over $500M of real estate.
Jennifer Leinweber Ritz is vice president of ZMC. Jennifer has been employed with ZMC since 1988 and is responsible for the daily operations, marketing and leasing efforts at the managed communities as well as transitioning any new properties that join our management group.
Tim Craft joined ZMC in 2008 and is vice president. Tim oversees major capital improvements, follows up on the day to day maintenance of our assets, handles contract negotiations and provides support to our management and maintenance teams.
