Building Superintendent position open at one of our westside apartment communities. Individual must have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. Valid driver's license a must. Compensation package includes base hourly rate, medical benefits, 401k program, paid vacation, 2 bedroom apartment and bonus program. This is a live onsite position with on-call responsibilities.
